All our services have a hunting type activity at its core but vary from the traditional Safari hunting experience through to team building and hunters training. Have a look at the information below to give you some ideas and then and contact us with your own suggestions.

We specialize in Plains Game safaris in the Western Cape and the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Depending on the species and preferred area we will work with different outfitters to structure a suitable package. Should you decide to bring the family along to South Africa or want to add some activities on to your hunting trip then we can offer sight-seeing, shopping, golfing, wine- and beer tasting and fine dining excursions in and around the Cape Town area. Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport some options could look as follows:

Option 1: You will be taken to your Cape Town based hotel for a good breakfast and to freshen up. The rest of the day is open for sightseeing such as a cable cart ride up Table Mountain to enjoy the view or taking a boat ride out to Robben Island, the iconic Island Prison where Nelson Mandela spent a large portion of his life. For supper there are many great restaurants to choose from at the well known Cape Town Waterfront. The following day you can either spend visiting some of the 300+ Wine Farms in the region or departing early in the morning for the Private Game reserve and hunting lodge.

Option 2: You will be taken to your Franschoek based hotel (45 minute drive) in the Cape Winelands to freshen up. At 12h00 you will depart on a wine tasting tour to three wineries in the region for lunch and wine tasting. Dinner will be at one of the great Franschoek restaurants. The following day you could either spend visiting the many tourist sites in and around Cape Town or depart early morning for the Private Game reserve and hunting lodge.

Option 3: Your 4x4 vehicle will collect you at the airport for a 4.5 hour drive to the Private Game and hunting lodge in the Great Karoo. A light brunch will be served and then you will have time relax and recover from the travel. At 15h30 the afternoon you will depart on the first of many game drives and the evening supper will be served in the Boma around a huge roaring fire.

Top Achievers, why not consider the unspoilt Africa Bushveld as your venue. A typical program for the day could look as follows:

  • 06h00 – Get up and enjoy some coffee and rusks and then head out to the bush with the 4x4 vehicles for either a hunting activity or a photographic activity or a walking Safari

  • 11h00 - Meet back at the lodge to rinse off the Africa dust, change out of the Safari gear and enjoy a delicious brunch

  • 12h00 to 15h00 – An experienced and professional Facilitator will manage the working and discussion sessions

  • 15h00 to 19h00 – Change back into the safari gear and head out again on the 4x4 or by foot on a hunting or photographic or bird watching or fossil finding mission

  • 19h00 to 22h00 – Meet in the boma around the roaring fire for good wine and food

For those that have never hunted before there will be a lesson on riflemanship and safety and some practicing on the shooting range before an experienced Professional Hunter (PH) or guide will take you on a guided hunt. The experienced hunter will have to demonstrate their marksmanship on the range before heading out with a PH & guide. The Bow Hunter and the Photographic hunter will have to bring their  own equipment.

The Rifle Hunter will have a number of rifle calibers provided to him / her to choose from and professional Taxidermy services can be provided to ensure that your trophy mount is well managed should you wish to preserve your memories for the future.

(NOTE - A minimum of three full days and four nights is advised at this great conference venue. Longer stays are highly recommended.)

Travelling from the US - It is recommended that you fly to London Heathrow airport and from London you can fly directly into Cape Town. The London - Cape Town flight is an overnight flight departing from London around 08h00 pm and arriving in Cape Town around 07h00 in the morning allowing one to maximize your travel time and not loose a day while sitting on the airplane. The departure from Cape Town to London follows a similar schedule.

Traveling from Europe - A number of airlines fly directly into Cape Town. This will allow for easy clearance of firearms at the customs as opposed to flying to Johannesburg and then taking further internal connecting flights to Cape Town.
